Minimum Order $50.00.
All orders must be a single
release or blanket order with all releases scheduled within six
months. Unless otherwise directed, no partial shipments will

Shipments are FOB Point of Origin. Shipments will be via Ground Service, unless otherwise
directed. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. IN THE EVENT OF A PRICE CHANGE THE
UNSHIPPED PORTIONS OF ANY ORDER WILL BE INVOICED AT THE NEW PRICE.

- Payment terms are 2% 10, Net 30 upon approval by HR Components.
- Accounts with balances exceeding 30 days will be subject to COD status.
- Accounts with balances exceeding 60 days will not be allowed new shipments and may be subject to legal action.

HR Components offers no warranty beyond those offered by manufacturer of the products sold. HR Components will not be
responsible for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages. No warranty will apply if any product is altered
or modified after delivery by HR Components (other than authorized user calibration). Any material returned must have
authorization from HR Components. Material returned under warranty will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of the
manufacturer. Material returned for credit must be received by HR Components in condition as new equipment for resale.
Non warranty returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge or $25.00 whichever is greater.
